Phone Consultation
This complimentary 15-minute phone call is an opportunity for us to determine fit, and schedule an initial appointment if applicable. During this call, we may ask questions about your past therapy experiences, diagnoses, and will try to get a sense of your current treatment goals. You may choose to ask about therapeutic style, areas of specialization, and therapeutic philosophies
Child/Teen Services
Dedicated counseling for children and adolescents, focusing on emotional regulation, developmental growth, and navigating social or academic challenges. We provide a safe space for youth to build resilience and self-confidence through age-appropriate therapeutic interventions.
Ages 3+ are welcome in-person. 9+ in-person or virtually.
Adult Services
Personalized one-on-one therapy using proven techniques to support navigating life challenges.
EMDR
A powerful therapeutic approach designed to help individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing memories. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR focuses on processing these memories in a way that reduces their emotional charge, allowing you to move forward with a greater sense of peace and balance.

Therapy promotes the use of effective and practical tools that aim to improve an individual’s mental health, self-empowerment, and ability to foster healthy relationships. Therapy can help people figure out who they are, what their goals are, and discover paths to fulfillment.
Parker works with clients to form therapeutic relationships that create trusting, respectful, and non-judgmental spaces as a foundation for long-lasting improvement. He aims to work in partnership with clients to find healthy avenues of self-expression, handle difficult life transitions, and cope with difficult emotions.
Parker firmly believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and that therapy should be client centered. Therapy requires flexibility to be effective; Parker tailors his practice to a client’s needs, interests, and strengths.

Emily has a passion for empowering youth to be the best version of themselves and is a strong advocate for them in the work that they do together. She understands that seeking individual therapy for your child and teen can feel overwhelming. Emily aims to give children, teens, and families a safe supportive space to explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. She takes a strengths-based approach when working with youth and families and integrates evidence-based practices along with creative and engaging interventions.
Emily believes that building a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important therapeutic tools. She strives to make sessions engaging, fun, and built to meet clients where they are at.
Emily received her Masters Degree in Social Work from Boston College with a certificate in Trauma Studies. Emily has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and families across a variety of settings including therapeutic residential programs, schools, in-home services and private practice. Emily has worked with clients both individually and in group settings where she has developed group curriculum focused on social skill acquisition and emotional growth.
